A few years ago I grew my first business on Instagram to 20,000 followers. I posted constantly, a few videos went viral, and I spent weeks building a waitlist for my course. Then launch day came and I barely got any sales. It was heartbreaking, especially because I had put everything into marketing on social media and nothing in marketing on other platforms. And not to mention, the energy and time it took to show up everyday was exhausting.

That launch changed everything. I moved to creating content on YouTube and focusing on email marketing, and I ditched social media completely. And what happened next shocked me!

I started selling almost weekly without being glued to my phone. Being crazy consistent on one long form platform and emailing my list weekly brought soo much success, income and my time back. And it gave me a better work life balance that I soo needed. That’s why I’m soo passionate in helping other mompreneurs find that balance as well in their marketing and online business.

Becoming a mom taught me this is the most important job I have, but I also wanted to build my own thing and help others. Figuring out how to balance both is what led me here. I want my kids to see a mom who is present, not a mom on her phone, so I built my business in the margins of our lives, with clear lines between work time and family time.
